New Application
General Requirements:
- Passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival.
- Return or onward flight ticket out of Indonesia.
- Valid address of stay in Indonesia (hotel or residence).
- Proof of sufficient funds (if requested by Immigration).
Required Documents:
- Scanned passport biodata page (in color, clear quality).
- Return or onward flight ticket.
- Hotel booking confirmation or local residence address.
- Recent color photo (white background, JPG/PNG format).
- Active contact details (email & WhatsApp for confirmation).
Extension
General Requirements:
- The current Visa on Arrival must be still valid (not expired).
- The passport holder must remain in Indonesia during the process.
- Applicant must not be applying for another type of visa at the same time.
Required Documents:
- Original passport.
- Scanned passport pages showing the latest entry stamp.
- Copy of your first E-Visa or VOA approval.
- Current address of stay in Indonesia.
- Recent color photo.
Notes:
- The Visa on Arrival can be extended once for an additional 30 days.
- It is recommended to apply for an extension at least 7 days before expiry.
- Priority service is available for faster processing (1–2 working days).
