Requirements & Documents
General Requirements:
- Applicant must already be in Indonesia with a valid visa or stay permit.
- KITAS (work/family/investment) application must already be submitted or in process.
- Passport must be valid for at least 6 months.
Required Documents:
- Original passport (minimum 6 months validity).
- Scan of previous visa or stay permit (ITAS/ITK).
- Copy of KITAS application receipt or approval in process.
- Recent color photo (white background).
- Sponsor letter from the same entity handling KITAS (company or family sponsor).
- Sponsor’s company or personal documents (e.g., NIB, NPWP, ID card if applicable).
- Domicile address in Indonesia.
