Visa Types & Descriptions
C1 – Tourist Visa
Stay Duration: 60 Days

The C1 Tourist Visa allows a 60 day stay for leisure and holiday activities, with the option to extend your stay once.
C2 – Business Visa
Stay Duration: 60 Days
The C2 Business Visa is intended for foreign professionals visiting Indonesia for business meetings, negotiations, training, or other non-working business activities. This visa does not permit employment but allows multiple business purposes during your stay.
C6 – Social, Humanitarian, or Volunteering Visa
Stay Duration: 60 Days
The C6 Visa is designed for individuals participating in social programs, humanitarian missions, or volunteering activities in Indonesia. Perfect for NGO workers, community projects, or charitable events under an official sponsor or organization.
C7 – Art, Culture, Performance, or Crew Visa
Stay Duration: 30 Days
The C7 Visa is suitable for foreign artists, cultural participants, or crew members coming to Indonesia for performances, art exhibitions, or cultural exchange events. This short-term visa ensures smooth entry for creative and cultural activities.
C10 – Invited Event Participants Visa
Stay Duration: 60 Days
For foreigners officially invited to attend government, corporate, or academic events in Indonesia. The C10 Visa allows entry for seminars, conferences, workshops, or short-term training organized by Indonesian institutions.
C12 – Pre-Investment Visa
Stay Duration: 180 Days
The C12 Visa is for investors or company representatives exploring investment opportunities in Indonesia. This visa allows up to 180 days stay and is ideal for conducting feasibility studies, market research, or setting up a new business entity.
C17 – Inspection Visa
Stay Duration: 60 Days
This visa is suitable for professionals visiting Indonesia to perform technical inspections, audits, or equipment assessments. The C17 Visa allows entry for inspection assignments under cooperation or contract with Indonesian entities.
C18 – Work Trial Visa
Stay Duration: 60 Days
The C18 Work Trial Visa is intended for foreigners who wish to test or evaluate a work position in Indonesia before applying for a long-term work permit (KITAS). It allows professional trial periods under official company sponsorship.
C22 – Internship Visa
Stay Duration: 180 Days
Designed for students or trainees participating in internship programs in Indonesia. The C22 Internship Visa allows up to 180 days of stay for academic or professional training under a registered institution or company.
Requirements & Documents
New Application
General Requirements:
- Passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry.
- Return or onward flight ticket.
- Sponsor or invitation letter from an Indonesian organization or institution (depending on visa type).
- Proof of sufficient funds to support your stay.
- Valid address in Indonesia (hotel or residence).
Required Documents:
- Passport scan (biodata page) – color and clear.
- Recent color photo (white background).
- Return/onward flight ticket.
- Hotel booking or local address in Indonesia.
- Sponsor/invitation letter (signed and stamped).
- Company registration documents (for business or organization sponsors).
- Active contact information (email & WhatsApp).
Extension
General Requirements:
- Applicant must be inside Indonesia during the extension process.
- Visa must be valid and not expired.
- No other visa applications in process simultaneously.
Required Documents:
- Original passport.
- Scan of passport entry stamp & visa page.
- Copy of current e-Visa or previous approval.
- Sponsor letter for extension.
- Recent color photo.
- Updated local address in Indonesia.
Notes:
- Most Single Entry Visas can be extended up to 60 additional days (varies by visa type).
- Processing time: Regular (5–7 working days), Priority (1–3 working days).
- Applicants must not leave Indonesia during the extension process.
